These will shrink one full size after a trip through the washer/dryer.I originally bought XL, I wear 34/36 waist pants and have large muscular legs. Putting them on out of the package, they were huge on me. So large that I put in for a return and order size L.The large arrived and fit fine out of the package but one wash/dry and they were way too small.So I washed and dried the XL and they fit great now.All around, these are well made and super comfortable, just be aware of shrinkage.
