Great for Children with Poo Issues
My daughter was born with gastroschisis and with her health, she will always have bowel issues. Constipation, malrotated gut, abdominal blockages, surgeries, you name it, she’s been through it.Now she is 4 years and gets scared to go to the potty for fear of pain from severe constipation. This book has been the best thing I have found to get her to face her pooping fears. Since we bought this book to keep by her “poop” potty, we have nightly poo time, she reads this book and does her business. She even ‘reads’ me Boo’s adventure bc she has the book memorized! It has great advice on hydrating, increasing fiber, and exercise in a way kids understand. Along with a good bowel regimen, this book gave me a great tool to help my child overcome a very real fear.10/10 highly recommend.

Now my 3 yr old gd fav book!
This is the best book!!! My grandchildren love it – they are young and intrigued and into poop – the one that just learned to do the poop in the potty loves to have this read to her – her new favorite book – – and written by a Mayo clinic gastrologist – it is absolutely wonderful for kids to learn the importance of pooping! AND the correct way to poop!

    Great book!
My 3.5 year old child has started to get constipated again throughout the summer due to dehydration. This book has helped him visualize and understand the importance of drinking water, eating fruits/veggies, and moving your body to have successful poops! Great book with cute, relatable characters!!!

    Poor Boo!
Very cute little story to help explain constipation to a young child to help them overcome it and relax. I really like all the suggestions and the cute illustrations. Also a cute gift for someone you know who may struggle with IBS.
