I have been using this for a while and i keep coming back to it. It is a good combination of vitamins and minerals for healthy bones and teeth. I only wish it came in a larger size, as 6/ daily makes it empty too soon! It seems to be eaily digested and very absorble kind of cal/mag. It has d and k as well as boron and strontium. A good balanced product as a decent price!

There is also some Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Magnesium (which works hand in hand with calcium), Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron, Betiane, and Calcified Red Algae. The calcium is from Algae – which is a fantastic source of calcium that is easily absorbed by the human body. Everything that is in this supplement is there to help you body get the optimum calcium absorption – and that is a very good thing. I have osteoporosis and cannot take prescription medications to correct it. Therefore, I take the best calcium I can find – and this is it! So why only four stars? It costs A LOT of money! Just received my first bottle of these caplets. I noticed in the supplement facts that these contain soy. When I continued reading below the ingredients it says made without dairy or SOYâ¦. I am confused.
