Fix your hygrometer with this one weird trick.
Seemed ok and what a deal. But it was stuck on Celsius and 24 hours. Whereâs the button? Opened it up, no buttons.
As a last resort, I read the manual. The buttons are capacitive. The two boxes at the bottom are buttons. But they donât work…
Actually itâs due to a manufacturing defect. âGndâ (sic, actually +) area behind battery needs a little solder, then it works.
PS If you fix it, try not to mix up the inner and outer screws. The magnets are great for holding the screws.
PPS also watch out for deforming the batteryâs holder which is on the other side of those tabs.

I got what I paid for, JUNK.
In 4 months the batteries went dead. Batteries replaced one would not restart and the other would would only read in Celsius as opposed to Fahrenheit.
Purchase at your own risk or step up to the plate and pay a little more to get a product that works

This was perfect for my BD tank. The temp is accurate and I have one on each side. Only issue is that he likes to hug it and changes from Fahrenheit to Celsius so I think the temp is wrong sometimes.

They work ok but I have gotten a few I’ve had to replace the battery in. I would return but Amazon will shred and recycle them which disgusts me.
