I bought this trimmer simply because it had usb-c so for traveling my phone charger can power it as needed. I purchased in November 2023 and have used it every week and the battery is still going without ever recharging it!
In May 2024 the unit somehow broke to where the dial wasnât actually adjusting the length. I immediately reached out for warranty support, uploaded proof of purchase and video showing the issue – a replacement arrived within 3 days! Amazing customer service and will def be a lifetime customer after this experience

The Price is Right But the Performance could be a Little Better
I was looking for a beard trimmer that was adjustable for beard length rather than use replaceable adaptors. The adjustment works well having very fine increments where it can be left in place once the desirable length is decided upon. After several trimmings the charge is holding and I like the fact that it has a Li-ion battery and can be charged with my cell phone adaptor. The only thing that bothers me is that it leaves a lot of single long whiskers and I have to go over and over to get an even trim.

My last beard trimmer broke and was horrible. I bought this one for 50 dollars less than my previous one in a bind and a bit skeptical because I have never heard of this brand and it seemed cheap in price compared to the more famous competition I was looking at.
Let me tell you, I am thoroughly impressed. It cuts nice and smooth. It did take me about 3 times to get everything cut to the same length but it was still quick. It only used about 10% of the battery for my first shave (which I love that it tells you the battery life so that you aren’t surprised when it dies mid-shave) and it was fully charged in less than an hour. It feels sturdy and solid. Anything that is made of plastic is a thick plastic that didn’t feel easily breakable. It felt significantly more sturdy than my big box brand beard trimmer. Cleaning is a breeze since it’s water proof. I like that I can choose by 0.5mm lengths instead of only by 1. Color me impressed and consider me a fan of this brand now.

Bad guard design causes uneven trim at short lengths
The trimmer is nice and solid. The cutting head works well, although the motor speed is nothing like Andis. The main issue is the 1-10mm beard guard. It’s designed with a gap (see picture) to allow for very short trims. The human face is not flat. When you trim around the chin or if you apply different pressure, the trim will not be even. When set to 3mm, the trim is not even, never mind at 1mm or 2mm. At longer lengths, the trim is more even. They should have designed the guard without a gap, to work from 3-10mm. For really short cuts, they should have provided 1mm and 2mm clip-on guards.

It does everything I am looking for.
Not afraid to get it wet is great. But really, not having to switch between the tops for the length is the best ever. I don’t think I can go back to the traditional shavers. It is just so easy to use. Battery lasts a long time and easy to charge. Very happy with this product.

I received my Suprent beard trimmer today. To my delightful surprise, I was impressed by the fine results. I have used Braun in the past which I did not like at all. For someone like me who has used Wahl all my life, it is not easy to convince me. However, this beard trimmer is a great buy. Silent, lightweight, easy to use and the precision wheel with a sleek design and skin-friendly blade make it a perfect buy. The only thing missing is a travel pouch however, the case that it came along could be used as an alternative. Product packaging is good too. Considering it’s price to about a quarter of Manscaped, I definitely would endorse it men who are doubtful going with a not so known brand.

Long battery life. First one was excellent, second was faulty, battery didn’t work, 3rd seems a little less powerful. Love the USB C, as I’ve gone all USB C for small electronics.
For a fun story, I had the “opportunity” of having to replace most everything I own (with USB C-only!) after some bums emptied out my house while I was away for a few days. The neighbors saw them there and didn’t bother to call me or the police, and the police told me later that the girl responsible (we caught her) had been back out on the street, and been picked up twice more since then. Oh Canada!

I really liked this trimmer until it overheated and burned the port where charger cable plugs in. Only 4 months old.
It could have burned my house down!!!
Luckily, it was only a few minutes after I plugged it in to charge and I was still in the bathroom so I noticed there was a problem.
Itâs too bad because I really liked it. It worked really well and held a charge for a long time.
I will have to replace it, but I will be buying another brand.
