Very sturdy and takes up little room in home gym
Works great for workouts. Multiple uses. However, I suggest using a bicycle pump or an air mattress pump to blow up the ball center as the pump that is provided does not work very well.

Bands are not great at ALL
So I would give this about 3.5 stars. First of all, it would take so long to pump this up if you used the pump that comes with it. I used an actual car tire battery-operated device so if you have that I would start there. Secondly, the resistance bands are NOT great quality. I am 5 foot 6 and I cannot extent either band above my head when I stand on the ball (and not because I am not strong!) The bands actually do not have much pull at all. On a positive note… the ball itself is very durable and I like that. If you are getting this for the resistance bands I would continue shopping.

Great for balance
ZELUS Balance Ball Trainer with Resistance Bands and Foot Pump (purple). Needed to continue PT work at home after knee surgery and while this isn’t as large as the one at the clinic, it certainly does the job. It was easy to inflate using the pump that came with the ball, took roughly 5 minutes and a good leg workout. The plug hole is small enough that when stepping in the center, my foot does not feel like it is sinking in. The board has texture to create an anti-slip surface. The half ball is thick and sturdy. The resistance bands clip on the base. The bands are okay, but I did not get it for those.

No plug on bottom for upside down use
I write this because the information wasnât there when I was looking. My cheerleader wanted this to turn upside down and use for balance. The whole where you inflate the ball does not have a plug to make the bottom flat. The bottom of this one also has little non-slip feet, which is great if using it right side up ð Bit not upside down. Very sturdy and well made product. Nothing wrong with it, just not what I was expecting. Also the inflating tool was really cheap and get ready to spend 5 minutes blowing up.

I use this at least 3/4 times a week.Had to pump it up once in 6 months.It is now slightly warped now at the bottom. So slides around a bit. But put it on a mat and it seems to stay.
