This mouthwash is a great quality item, it did take a little getting used to if you’re more familiar with other brands that contain alcohol and such. I’ve been using it every other day and really like the results I’m getting.

This is fracionated coconut oil, so it remains liquid at room temperature. Which is good for me when it’s cold and I don’t want to dig out the solid coconut oil. It makes me use this more often because it’s so much easier to use. It’s a bit minty, not that much though, but masks some of the oil tastes. It also comes with a metal tongue scrapper.
Not bad, but there’s a lot of different brands that are similar.

I have tried many coconut oil pulling products and this is among my favorites! The last one I was using had tons of essential oils in it but it was quite spicy and wasn’t that much of an enjoyable experience. THIS one on the other hand… is quite tasty! I know it’s only coconut oil and peppermint oil but it somehow tastes a bit sweet too? It makes oil pulling a very pleasant and easy experience 🙂 making me more likely to use it more often! This product helps with my dry mouth and when my teeth are feeling sensitive because I’m overdoing it with whitening strips… I just use this more often and for about 20-30 minutes and my tooth sensitivity goes away! I love this stuff. and my dentist always comments on my teeth and says if everyone took as good of care of their teeth as I do… he’d be out of business! All I do is floss after every meal, use a water pik after every meal, brush with a sonic electric toothbrush 30 minutes after breakfast (a lot of food makes your teeth porous so to play it safe, I just wait 30 minutes after eating.) and oil pull whenever I feel like it throughout the day 1-3 times. This is what’s worked for me! Overall, this is a wonderful option for an oil pulling product that I can definitely recommend 🙂
