I have started perimenopause. I refuse to get on any hormone therapy, after watching my grandmother and several aunts live to regret it. I tried several other supplements and had mixed results. One of them worked great initially, then it seems they changed the formula, or I became resistant. The hot flashes were coming with a vengeance. It was like I didn’t take anything at all. I tried a different brand after that, and the smell was so bad that I could not continue to take those. I tried different varieties of another brand, and they did absolutely nothing. As a last resort, I decided to try these, but I didn’t have much hope in them. After about a week, I realized that they were definitely working. I went from having 10+ flashes a day, especially in the evening, to only one or two. That is a great improvement! I will stick with this brand for as long as it is working.

I am not one to write reviews. However, I understand how frustrating menopausal symptoms can be. I wasnât able to sleep due to the hot flashes. I felt miserable and thought there was no end in sight. I was embarrassed when hot flashes would hit me at work. I decided to give this a try and after one week of using, I have found a lot of relief. I just put in a subscription to make sure I have this product on hand at all times. I also use yam cream. I started using both at the same time and I donât plan to stop either as Iâm not sure which one is doing the trick.I would say give this a try and see if it works for you.I dont even have my fan on at night and can use covers again! Iâve noticed that Iâm calmer to with this supplement.
