Easy to assemble, great for home gyms
Was easy to assemble took about 30 minutes with 1 person. Great quality! Wanted something that was multifunction for home gym since itâs a smaller space, and this works perfectly. I am able to work legs, arms and abs with this. The Incline and decline work great as well and can be used for various exercises such as back and dips. Like how easy it is to remove preacher bench attachment as well.

Iâve seen a few benches that are multi-purpose, and most of them are very sub-par, flimsy, etc. I had high hopes based on previous reviews that I read for the Keppi Bench 3000 Max and I was NOT disappointed when it came in and I took it for a test run!Instructions were good, but could have been a little more insightful for people not used to putting together items. Bolts were separated, but labeling didnât match instructions as one would hopeâ¦regardless, just some common sense thought got me through setup in about 45 min. All parts were included, all parts were in perfect order, main structure was free of imperfections, scratches or dents.The bench is a good size and quite stable & sturdy, the padding is strong, yet comfort enough, the stitching was good with no visible imperfections. Switching angles was very easy as was raising and dropping the preacher curl pad.Overall, itâs a gorgeous piece of equipment that is functionally sound while allowing for many different exercises. It is a bit heavy, but still easy to move around on its wheels. A great value for the price in my opinion!

To my surprise and delight, they sent me a complete replacement unit, which was delivered within a couple of days through Amazon.Their willingness to go above and beyond by providing a full replacement, even though I only needed a few parts, was greatly appreciated. Maybe it was easier for them, but their commitment to resolving the issue was impressive.The new unit resolved all the issues except for some minor shavings in the leg extension, which I was able to shake out of one of the holes.I’ve been using this bench for a little over a week now, and it is sturdy and functions as it should. The combined preacher curl and leg extension features add versatility, making the bench even more useful.I highly recommend this bench and give high praise to their support team and company for their excellent customer service and genuine concern for their customers.*******Original Review:The box arrived in pristine condition, and everything inside was well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time. However, I was surprised by the lack of quality, especially considering the price. I might have received a defective unit, or perhaps other reviewers overlooked these issues.1) The frame is filled with tiny metal shavings that spill out of the openings. When using the bench, it sounds like sand running through a PVC pipe, and these shavings end up all over the floor. Constantly cleaning up this mess is exhausting.2) The holes drilled into the wood are misaligned and some aren’t drilled all the way through. This makes attaching the cushions to the frame impossible. While I could finish drilling the holes myself, I didn’t buy a bench to do DIY fixes.3) The preacher cushion’s material wasn’t wrapped correctly, resulting in loose areas that cause uncomfortable rubbing on my arm. This is something that should have been caught with a simple quality check before packaging.On a positive note, I plan to use this bench with my Tonal. I’ve already tried some exercises I’ve been yearning to doâpreacher curls, tricep extensions, incline and decline presses, and flysâand everything feels great. If I keep the bench, I plan to hook the Tonal cables to the leg extension to do leg exercises as well. Plus, the bench is a bit higher than the Tonal bench, which makes getting on and off a bit easier.Overall, the bench is sturdy and has potential, but the poor quality control are disappointing. Given these issues right out of the box, I’m considering returning it. I reached out to their support team via email (since they don’t provide a phone number) to see if they can resolve these problems. I’ll update this review based on their response.

Excellent Product
This bench is about the bicep curl and leg extension attachment. Without them the bench is basically the same as Keppi’s 1000 PRO bench, another solid product.Upon receipt it took about 45 minutes to put it together, mostly using the tools that came with the kit. I did end up using my ratchet set toward the end, which probably saved 5-10 minutes of time, but it isn’t necessary. Two pieces were missing; I emailed Keppi, whose customer service response was 5-star quick.So how good is the bicep curl attachment? Answer: very good, especially at this price point. Smooth action, adjustable chain, removable cushions, and the ability to load it up with as much weight as you need. Ditto for the leg extension attachment.Keppi is quickly developing a reputation for solid, no-frills gym equipment (another example would be their very afforable recumbent bike), that gets the job done and doesn’t waste your money. Highly recommended.

Great bench for our home gym. Extremely versatile and easy to use.Came well packed, no damage even though the box had clearly been dropped or mishandles by the delivery crew. Assembly was easy with clear instructions and it included all tools required for the job. Strong and sturdy. Quality materials throughout. My husband is 285lbs and benches 250lbs for his workouts and he feels safe on this bench, no wobbling. We like the extra features of the preacher curl pad and leg extension attachment compared to other manufacturers. Best bench for the price point in our opinion for a home gym.

Had a cheap bench at home that I wanted to replace. Did a lot of research and finally bought this bench. I could not find a bench with the same features as this one for close to the same price. Bench is very sturdy. Padding is thick. The back rest and seat adjustments are quick and lock into place. Leg extension and curls are smooth thanks to the bearing design. Incline sit-ups work well.A few things to note:- as other reviewers stated, I wasnât able to get full range of motion with the preacher curl attachment. The preacher pad works ok for dumbbell preacher curls, but the leg extension bar still partly gets in the way. So instead for dumbbell preacher curls, I set the backrest to 70 degrees, stand behind the bench, then put the back of my arm on the backrest to do curls.- the position of the foam rollers for the leg extension and leg curls are adjustable but they are held in place with friction from a plastic screw-on knob. Even with the knob done up tight, Iâve had the foam rollers slide while doing leg exercises. Hasnât bothered me too much so I havenât tried to find a fix for this.- the foam roller pad my leg rests on while doing leg extensions and curls is too low, even in the top position (there are 2 positions). I get around this by putting a pad on top of the foam roller so my knee joint lines up better with the bearing.My bench did come with a bent metal piece. I contacted Keppi and they sent me a replacement part. Overall, Iâm extremely happy with the bench and the customer service. I highly recommend it.

Love the leg extension/hamstring curl and the removable preacher curl pad. I’m 5′ 9.5″ and was able to find a sweet spot for the leg setup – it’s got some adjustability. My neighbor pushes 400+ lbs bench press and it’s stable. Also, more incline/decline options than my older bench. Serious level up and almost impossible to beat the price. Only complaint is the rubber floor pads slip off easily but I just stuck them on with hairspray.

It’s my second bench. The old one was incomplete. This one is perfect for my needs. I put it next to my squat rack and it’s perfect to do anything I need. It’s not too heavy to move around, but heavy enough to be stable. The only thing missing: muscles… But I guess it has to grow over time. 🙂

Very versatile and robust weight bench, and very sturdy even on when lifting heavy weights. It’s more than a bench, you can use it for leg curls, bicep curl, and the 10 degree angle change provides a great versatility for various exercises. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have no complaints!
