Top pick
One of the best bags Iâve seen on Amazon. The variety is like no other. First aid, survival item, fishing, etc.. love it!

Works
This kit is a good deal, the products other than the tree cutter should last you months of daily if use if needed. It does not include the 1 AA battery for the flash light so throw a couple in the kit before putting it in your bag or car.Quality is good and everything works, if the quality was any better it would add to the weight and the price so it’s a very good deal at under 1 lbs.Plastic carrying case is cheap and a bit oversized as they added foam inside but other than that everything is great. If you hike and can handle 1 pound more of weight in your bag I would not want to chance getting lost without these basic tools. The pen seems bulky and pointless as the knife has the the same tools so it can be replaced with a pencil to cut 10% off the weight.Includes doubles of most items so if something breaks you have a extra.2 serrated blades plus the knife, 2 whistles, 2 ropes, 2 window breakers, 2 fire starters, 2 rope cutters.

It’s not bad
Overall the kit isn’t bad. It’s nice to have extra first aid/survival stuff laying around. Only thing about this kit is the knife is absolute dog crap in no way shape or form would I rely on the knife given. It doesn’t lock at all and even if you tightened the screws down the frame is just so flexible it goes around the lock anyway whenever more than a pound of pressure is applied. Everything else is decent.

Actually impressive.
The fact it includes such a well thought out and useful med kit is actually impressive to me. Not only does it come with a bunch of bandages, a tirniket, and cue tipsâ¦. It contains small packs of rubbing alcohol, sting relief patches, Iodine patches (very impressive for the price) and a few other things most people dont think to include in their med kits but really should.

Minimal utility pourpose only. Not indestructible!
The items inside are what is to be expected of something at the price range. The items are of a lower quality but will serve their purpose. The knife has a low quality plastic handle and is poorly constructed for its intended use but is sharp and will cut.The flashlight is aluminum construction and is bright enough to see withing short distances great for something to use in your vehicle(which is what I’m using it for)The wire saw was more so a joke. As it may only be good for one cut or small branches no more than 1″ inch thick. The Tactical pen is cool looking but obnoxious to use as a writing devise I will keep it in my truck because it does have a window breaker on it and will still serve a useful purpose. The bracelet is a bit much. I’m not big on bracelets so I may be a bit biase. Though I feel there is too much going on at the buckle that I just won’t wear it.There is an aluminum signal whistle in the package that could go on a key chain. I’m going to keep it in my truck too.Having the thermal blanket is good too. Though, I haven’t pulled it out of is packaging to see its construction, I feel I cannot yet attest to its quality and level of usefulness at this time. The carabener is pretty good though, I wouldn’t use it for any kind of climbing or heavy work loads more than 150 lbs.The multi tool card has a bit much going on with is too. A lot of its applications I have dedicated tools for and are easier to handle and are more practical than this is. It would have to be out of desperation or necessity that I would use this card.Lastly the case has the look and appearance of a small pelican case. Don’t be fooled. It is constructed of cheap flexible plastic and has cheap fasteners of the same flimsy plastic. As it stands right now I have had the case for a month and it hasn’t broke on my and will stay closed. However it sits in my truck as a storage container that I don’t open regularly. In all this is a great gift for that family member or friend likes to think of themselvesas tacti-cool. I still recommend it because the items may not be rugged and durable enough for the tough tasks but still can serve as a minimal utility pourpose.

Great gift idea
I love this survival kit! I plan to buy one for each one of my kids and maybe even as gifts for friends and family. It is an affordable gift too. I think everyone should have a survival kit like this in their car and one in their emergency kit at home. All the small multifunctional survival tools fit nicely in the compact case they come in. I would say the only thing I did not like about the kit is that there are no examples or instructions on how to use most of the survival tools in the kit. For example, my favorite tool is the kit is the knife card. There is a chart that labels the parts on this knife card, but I had no idea what the name of some of those parts meant or exactly how to use them. What is a direction ancillary indication and how do you use it? I googled it. It is a makeshift compass and there are instructions to google to learn how to makeshift it. I would love a sample video link or written instructions to come with the kit to explain every tool and part of that tool and how to use it.
