    Jen is back! A highly respected weight loss coach has delved into the unsexy, but oh so necessary, inner work of weight loss and weight mastery. Although I took notes and am journaling through the tips given, I had to go back to make sure I didn’t miss a thing. Jen has a strong, personal voice throughout that connected with me on a deep level. She has been there! She gets me! I could hear her speaking to me; the chronic dieter, the self-sabotage queen of weight loss, the voice in my head that asks “how could I have gained back all that weight AGAIN?”. She pulls no punches as she guides the reader through the journey of self-discovery by providing the same steps she took to get there. A self-help book, for sure, but one that will be a dog-eared version in my library. Thanks Jen!

    Wow!
    Just “wow” is all I can say about book #2 from the amazing Jennifer Powter! I saw myself in every chapter and on every page in ways I hadn’t during my previous work with Jen and in her first book. Thanks to Jen’s refreshingly real and insightful approach, I now know why I didn’t complete my weight loss journey the first time around. This book will help me finish that journey by helping me understand the deep-down part of reaching a healthy weight. Thanks to Jen, I’m ready do the work and I have the resources to do it with!

    This Book is a Game Changer
    I’ve tried every diet known to man, I take the weight off, never as much as I want, but then slowly it creeps back. The one thing that most diets don’t do is how to teach you how to get your mind right and get out of your own way. It is not teaching you what to eat, there are millions of other books for that, but here you learn to dig deep to determine why you never win , why you don’t keep the weight off, and how to change that – permanently. This is a great read for anyone who has truly struggled with weight loss, like me, and I would highly recommend.
