Makes a huge difference
I really like this product. The flavor is fine. I’ve done oil pulling in the past. These make it very convenient. Removes the coffee stains from my teeth. My mouth is definitely cleaner. Highly recommend.

The best!
This is hand down the best rinse. I had bad receding gums around my crowns and had a constant awful taste in my mouth.. On top of being pregnant the past 3 years, my teeth and gum health wasnât the best. Adding this to my morning and night routine has worked wonders. The most insane results were my gums and the receding. I wish I would have taken a picture of the results but the gap between the bottom of my gum line and top of my crown, is almost completely closed. Also that weird taste id always have is GONE! Worth every penny!

Ive tried both the cinnamon and mint. My boyfriends gums were a bloody mess. 3 days. 3 days and there was no more. He continues to get better after all sorts of mouthwashes never worked. Taste is natural not chemically yuck. I really think this was a great find.

Mild cinnamon flavor
I like to use this rinse in the evening before bed, it has a nice mild cinnamon flavor. I use the mint in the morning because the mint is a little more bolder and I feel like it gets my day going.

The taste is very unappealing…
I love this brand! I truly believe its worth the extra effort and expense to use every day. There is a noticeable difference in the health of my gums.
However, I thought I would be adventurous and try another flavor other than mint. I don’t care for it. You can really taste the cardamom in it with a really heavy after taste.
Next time I order it will be the usual.

I love this stuff
I used to do oil pulling years ago and stopped. Not sure why. But a friend who is dealing with gum issues said she started using this and it has helped her bleeding gums and also helps to whiten her teeth. I’m all for that, so thought I’d try again. It’s very refreshing and I just spit it out in the toilet where as she spits it out in the garbage. I guess it’s your choice, just don’t spit it out in the sink. You don’t want to clog your pipes with oil residue. It has been a month or so and I’m very pleased with the product and will be ordering more.
