I use this to line my waterline and it stays put and doesnât run. This is my new go-to eyeliner and Iâll repurchase again and get in other colors.If I have a complaint, itâs the mechanism to advance the product. Itâs black, the eyeliner is black and I have a hard time seeing how much product is out of the pencil.

This particular liner doesnât work. The gel pencil was extremely hard that it wouldnât draw on skin at all. It actually scraped my eye lid. I buy this pencil a lot and the gel is very inconsistent. Sometimes itâs so soft that it crumbles as I put it on and smudges. Other pencils work great. I never know what Iâm going to get when I open a new pencil.
