I had been so sore and stiff. That was about the only thing that would have eased my excruciating pain. But, for how long!?I have been able to walk all through the house today without using my cane or graduating to a walker.At times, I applied a great deal of pressure to my roller, so much so that I thought I would end up with bruises. That did not happen. Today, when I could feel the incredible soreness and stiffness beginning, I used the massage roller and it eased the pain! This is a fabulous piece of equipment.
