Coming from a 20yr Sonicare User
I kept seeing the ads on social media. Neat idea. But Iâve been happy with Sonicare the last 20 years. My socks would have to be knocked off in order for me to switch.Well switch, I did.When these went on sale for Prime Day, it was the perfect opportunity to try. I was a bit apprehensive about having to use an app for a mere toothbrush. Iâm glad to report that not only does the app work properly but it is useful as well. I have an app-enabled Vitamix blender and the implementation there is just DUMB. But the Laifen has so many settings that it would be impossible to incorporate that on the toothbrush itself. Iâm a week in and still finding the sweet spot of settings but once I settle on one, I wonât need to use the app again. I especially love that you can set the timer to 2.5 minutes, or even 3 minutes if you wanted. Iâve always felt the dentist recommended 2 minutes wasnât long enough.The oscillation is every bit as strong as Sonicare, which has always been their claim to fame over Oral-B. But add in the sweeping motion? Game changer. The Sonicare couldnât get the coffee and tea stains in the hard to reach areas between my teeth. Itâs been no problem for the Laifen.The build quality is A+. It really is the Apple of toothbrushes. Itâs a bit short and stubby compared to my Sonicare which makes reaching the back of my mouth a little difficult.On the other hand, thereâs not a single seam on the body where water can get thru, which was always an issue with my Sonicares, always leading to mold growth. Because of this, the Laifen is extremely easy to clean. (I had to break out q-tips and toothpicks once a month to clean the nooks and crannies of my Sonicare.)The only oversight so far? The lack of a toothbrush cap. I had to buy one just the right size because the toothbrush head is so tiny. A stand wouldâve been nice too.Iâve read the reviews about the Laifen dying after a month. Too early for me to say. If there are any issues, I will update my review but Iâve been nothing less than happy with my experience so far.

Best toothbrish Ive ever had
I have had my amazon account since 2010, so 14 years, and this is hands down the best purchase I have made. More than the $2k macbook pro I have bought on here, mattresses, bedroom sets, anything I have bought on amazon does not compare to the greatness of this toothbrush. I am at university full time and work full time so I do not waste my time writing reviews, this is worth a review. I am 27 yo and have face many difficulties in life trying to put myself through school without support, because of this my teeth went 6 years without any dental care, which cause me to have one of my molars removed and I also have a couple of cavities I still need filled. While I save up to get the two fillings and literally over 20 of my other teeth resealed, I have been stepping up my dental care to keep my teeth from getting worse. I saw a couple of tech youtubers review this toothbrush and was like you know might as well try it, it beats the other $200 alternatives. The charging is beautifully designed and works amazing. The way that its a wireless charging in a way, means that its waterproof and can go in the shower without fear of it breaking. The cleaning itself leave my teeth feeling buffed, I actually had to turn it down a little because it made my gums bleed from how much it cleans. Another important thing, is the fact the brush heads are AFFORDABLE to replace, which I grantee that is not the case with other brands. The charging btw is also fast, there was one day before school the battery had died, I set it on the charger for 5 minutes while I got dressed and I came back and it had plenty of juice to brush my teeth thoroughly. Thank you! Please stay in business, and lets hope you do not get bought up by some big monopoly company. â¤

A better alternative to Sonicare and as good as or better than burst.
It has an app therefore more configurable. It is very powerful and cost effective. The toothbrush is a bit small in my hands, almost childlike. I don’t love that you don’t have a charging stand. The button is too sensitive. Lack of instructions on modes. There’s this ultra high frequency mode, I’m not sure what its for. Feels like it might sand down all my teeth.

No mold! Seriously I have had so many mold issues with the other (popular) brands around the power button or inside the handle, etc ð¤¢This one has no place for water to collect and mold to grow! NO. PLACE.And, the brush head swivels to really clean the teeth well and massage gums. I absolutely love it.I thought the app was going to be over the top or make it a pain to use, but I only used it when I set it up to set my preference and havenât opened the app again – 3 months later.Oh, also priced fairly!

I have always been big into having good oral health. This toothbrush at the beginning was a little to strong for vibration, once I was able to set myself up on the app, it was easy to put my preferred settings in for vibration strength.I like using the whitening brush, my teeth were white before but now they are even whiter.Highly recommend
