Cheap good shaver
Price is right, lasts, easy usage. If you want a razor shave, use a razor. Otherwise good daily or more maintenance shave. Doesnt snag either if used properly.

This Remington shaver shaves close, glides smoothly, and allows you to shave quickly. Chare it each night, and it is ready for the next day. Trimmer works good too. It does require a 5 volt AC to DC adapter Not included. It comes with charging cord only. Any 5 volt cell phone charger will work that has the USB socket.

Light, plastic, but still a good shave
Make no mistake, this is an inexpensive shaver. It’s lightweight, mostly plastic, doesn’t include a charging brick for the USB cord, and doesn’t tell you when the battery is full or empty. In spite of that, it’s a nice shave for the face or head (I do both). I wouldn’t recommend it anywhere else, it’s not that precise and you’re likely to get some uncomfortable razor burn. Overall, great value for the price.

Craptastic, don’t waste your money
Had to replace my Norelco that Lasted 5 years before battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Decided to try a a Remington.Bad decision. Lasted about two months before motor started struggling with use. Bad cut quality, equivalent to dollar store single blade razor. Finally the prongs inside the charger port snapped off and got stuck in the charger cord end, rendering it inoperable. Going back to Norelco. Remington, straight junk.

Use as replacement head on Virtually Indestructible (yellow) shaver save $10!
I bought this shaver last year after I found out the replacement cutting head for my Virtually Indestructible shaver cost almost $10 more. And even as of today the heads alone are exactly $9.08 more than this shaver! THE EXACT SAME HEAD. Model number SPR-PR13 is the head id, and both of these shavers use it. As for this shaver itself, I tried it once before removing the head and putting it on the better yellow indestructible shaver. It did ok, but felt much cheaper to hold, motor seemed weaker too. But the thing that frosts me is that Remington hypes up that this shaver now charges using a usb cord. Well, yes and no. The cord IS usb type A on one end, but the other end that goes into the shaver is still a ridiculous proprietary plug, instead of a usb type c, which means it’s actually a downgrade from prior shavers, since now you have to add a usb block of some sort to actually charge it. C’mon Remington, quit playing your customers for fools! And how about charging a realistic price for replacement heads so that there’s less landfill waste.

Great little razor!…this is I think my tenth year in a row that I have purchased this make/model razor…only problem is that the blades go dull when used for a full year…and the cost for replacing the blades is more than buying a new razor when they are on sale…so I/we (normally a Christmas gift fro my wife) purchase a new one each November…

The stubble attachment isn’t really usable, you end up with uneven lengths of hair.The shaver itself takes a really long time to cut hair. Like 3+ minutes because you have to go over the same areas repeatedly.I do like that it captures the hair and stores it, so there’s nothing to clean up.
