The extraction tools that came with it I found to be a bit intimidating so I donât use them, but man is this the best little steamer ever! LOOOOVEE the essential oil basket. You can also use dry herbs in it. Impressed with the power on this thing too. No regrets on this purchase.

Hi! Mine had trouble producing steam after 3 uses. Before returning I left it upside down over a bowl for 24 hours to let the water drain and the unit dry. Produces steam fine now 🙂

A few minutes a day of a total bliss! I keep it next to my bathroom sink and use it daily in my face cleaning ritual. Disappointed Stopped Working less than a year
I had this product less than an year and it just stopped working. So bumped and disappointed. I canât even return it because the window is closed. Avoid it spending your money on this one!!!!

After they saw my review they contacted me right away. They sent me a new one because there was a one year warranty which I didnât know about loll. The new one came really quick. And their costumer service is amazing. So if you are planning to get this one , i definitely recommend. They have a 1 year warranty and amazing and quick costumer service. The product itself is amazing too. I really like that it has a separate chamber for essential oils (main reason I bought) and it has options for both hot and cold. Itâs also not that huge , so itâs easy to place it anywhere.

I purchased for facials on clients and people rave about the steam. With the hot and cold setting I can do regular and sensitive facials . I use the extraction tools every facial and they work well, versatile, good quality. You will need to fill the reservoir after every use and make sure you have a cart or table to set it on while in use. I also suggest buying the extension with it.

Lasted a little over a month 🙁
This item was delivered on August the 6 and it just broke September 18. Didnât use it regular but when I did it was great, allot of nice steam came out, I also purchased the wand attachment so I could lay down and steam. Definitely was a nice steam experience with dry herb blends and essential oil so imagine just how sad I was when it just stopped working on the 18th September. During a regular steam it seems the motor over heated, I can here itâs on but now steam wonât come out even though itâs filled with fresh water. Sad day indeed, especially since itâs literally right after the return window is closed ð

Recently purchased this product that my friend told me about and it was ok for the first 2 uses. After that it started to malfunction and barely had any steam coming out. I reached out to seller who responded quickly and was very courteous and sent me the tag to return the product. I was also refunded promptly. I like the product nevertheless as I could use essential oils in it and it had adequate warm mist steaming coming out. (it also has a cold setting but I did not use that one). I may make one more purchase and hope it will work well but not sure yet.
