Very easy to roll up and down my husband’s back. When he used it on me it felt nice as long as he didn’t go up over the shoulder blades, I found that a little painful. My husband had no problem with it going over his shoulder blades but he felt pain when it reached the top of his spine below his neck. This is with very little pressure too.
