The taste isnât horrible but I do chase it after I take it with water. It is a liquidly paste kind of texture. I hate taking pills so I thought id try this. Hard to say if Iâll buy another one. It is a good vitamin just donât know if I can get past the taste and texture of this. The color of the liquid is white.
