I enjoy this item very much. It is well built and works well. The only “CON” I have that it is very hard to assemble. There is no reason that it can’t be shipped assembled. Lucky for me my som helped me a lot. He said people buy this to get circulation, and can’t assemble.JUST A THOUGHT TO SHIP ASSEMBLED!!Thamk you for a great item (once assembled)

This takes exercise to a different level. You can use this in most places being comfortable. The speed adjustment is perfect and you can go forward and backwards at your comfort level. It makes absolutely no noise and can me moved around with ease.
