    As a party of one some would be much more than I would for a meal. The recipes seem that could be easily scaled up of downe  depending upon the need. Recipes are clearly organized by meal type ranging from breakfast options to hearty dinners, snacks, and even desserts, ensuring a diverse and accessible menu for all tastes. I will most definitely be trying the ice cream recipe. 🍨
