Not!!! These are brutes and I took them to work to see how the fellas at the shop could do. A few surprised everyone and could budge the 300 lb I can do the 150 barely.Glad I bought them.

Honestly not many negative comments for this if any. I do think coming with the grip slide on things is a waste. You use these to improve your grip and overall strength.Quality is very nice.

Not for small hands, grips hard to get on.
The grips are hard to put on so I used a couple drops of oil to slide them on, now the grips just spin. Wiped the oil off but to no avail. Also, I’m a 5’9″ man with above average sized hands and the width of these is too wide. Might work well for big guys, but women and smaller men not so much. The price was great, but ill probably return because I wont be getting much use out of these.
