Chews are easier than tablets/pills for me
I have used Viactiv for many years for calcium and vitamin D. I prefer chews over tablets/pills. It’s important to be aware of the quantity in the container. I didn’t realize Viactiv came in different sizes. The containers look very similar in style, but the quantity inside might be very different. My store-bought Viactiv was 100 chews, but my purchase here on Amazon was 60. It’s wise to look closely and analyze the price per chew.

Thinning Bones
Doc told me my bones are thinning. I’ve had some ER situations contributing to me finding out. I’d much rather eat 2 of these a day than drink more or take huge chalky calcium tablets. These taste like regular caramel chews.I usually count sugar and carbs, but at this point it doesn’t matter, I need Clacium, D, and K more than I need less carbs, but I did notice it says “less sugar than you’d expect” or something like that.
