This is an excellent book, the authors have done a great job of offering both theoretical and practical solutions to critically examining campus culture and climate. The book when utilized in the development of educational leaders can help inform decisions occurring on campuses, especially as we begin to collaboratively take action to call out and dismantle educational inequities and open ourselves for a better understanding of the student experience within the culture and climate of education today.
