The pills are small, orange, and easy to swallow. The packaging allows for you to either completely unscrew the cap to get the product out or simply pop the top open. Sometimes the pills get stuck together at the bottom of the container, but a quick shake with the lid closed easily solves this problem. I have not had my blood rechecked to see if this is making a difference, but overall I would recommend this product.
