Sturdy and just what I needed
It feels comfortable to hold and sturdy, the screws work perfect with the weights I had and screws hold well. You might have to tighten the screws again before using but itâs great for the price

Purchesed 2 more pair
I already had a pair of Wieder Spin Locks but wanted a few more pair so i didnt have to changes weights as often. I have a ton of extra 1″ plates laying around. I like this a lot more than my weiders which were almost double the price. The weight is the same but the knurling is awesome and very grippy. I just ordered 2 more pairs because I like them so much. My only real gripe is how thin the spinlock is but its not a huge deal and theve have held up just fine so far. I do primarilly dumbbell training since I live in a small place and I cant complain about them.

Almost perfect!
Some of the reviews stated you have to keep tightening it, and this is true. I hit it lightly with a rubber mallet and this seems to rectify the problem. Years ago, I had a set that did the same thing, a minor problem not worth not getting them. Just my opinion!

Could be longer but feels great with small hands.
With the weights I have I can only fire about 2 weights on the bars. I have some thick rubber weights and the old cement in plastic weightsâmeaning my weights are fairly thick.
However I do have smaller hands and I can grip them very well and they feel good with the groves to prevent slipping.
Overall Iâm glad I went with these for the price (bought on sale at just under $15.)
Oh, and I weighed them using a scale, theyâre just under 4 pounds per bar.

Poor quality control
Threads on one lug poorly cast, leaving several burrs that required filing before it would spin easily onto the shaft. 10 minutes with a file
and Dremel tool fixed the problem.

These are very nice Dumbell bars. The spring locks aren’t included but are available inexpensively on-line. They are quicker to use, more durable, and far more secure than the spin locks.
Cap weight lifting products never disappoint.

No major issues. The only things I would lightly complain are 1) the nut loosen up after my workout (only 15 lbs on each end). I have to remind myself to tighten them beforey my next work out.
2) the nut does not turn smoothly down the thread. They do get stuck and I have to turn the nut hard to get it unstuck but eventually it will go all the way in.
Small inconveniences.
