Honest Review
Well, like many others before me, I broke another pair of Costas. I saddens me because they said it was not repairable, so I was looking for a cheaper alternative for both fishing and protecting my eyes from that obnoxious Florida sun. These definitely have a cheaper feel to them compared to a pair of Costas, but they do the job. These block the glare on the water and give more visual clarity allowing me to see all the fish I won’t catch, or the submerged stump that’s about to ruin my day, or my phone falling helplessly to the bottom of the lake, and every time the sun smacks me in the face, I barely even notice it’s there. They do fit snuggly on my big asymmetrical head. Maybe a little too snuggly, almost like they might be trying to become one with my face. Time will tell how they will hold up but for the price I may just use these for my next tantrum when the fish gets away or FSU loses again or if I just plain want to show how macho I am in front of all one of my friends while trying to impress what appears to be an attractive female. In fact, I bought two just for that reason although I’ve been told I have terrible vision, and these do absolutely nothing for that. If the lenses don’t get all scratched up, like other cheaper brands, from me constantly nervously wiping them every time I talk to a pretty girl it will be a huge plus. I will miss not being able to show everyone that I’m better than them with a fancy over-priced pair of Costas but let’s face it, I can be the one who makes Huk a much more popular brand among those who think they can fish and bring them more business for their eyewear than they could ever imagine and that’s something to be proud of.

I’ve now had 2 pair of these HUK sunglasses. I think the fit is good and the lens are good. Not much to complain about for $50.

My 2nd pair. Some of the best glasses I’ve owned for money. Although, the plastic lense does make noise around the frame or eye inserts, but the lenses still stay in and the lenses are very scratch resistant and polarized. For $48 bucks they do a good job.

I bought these for my husband as a gift. He typically wears Costa’s and does not try any other brands. He LOVED these. He lives in sunglasses, as he works outdoors, and is very picky about his glasses. He said they are very comfortable and light weight. He actually asked for another pair, as he loses or breaks his glasses pretty regularly and likes to have a back up.pair. These have held up to his active lifestyle and he has not lost them yet. Will be ordering more for sure!

Overpriced for what you get
Glasses feel overpriced for what they are but Iâm not too surprised as all eyewear nowadays feels overpriced. I like that these glasses are polarized and donât feel as tight as my previous Milwaukees, they have a little more give and flexibility than other eyewear Iâve tested. However they fog up way too fast if your wearing a face covering. Looks are subjective so thatâs up to the you, personally Iâm not too crazy on the design as it leaves some undesirable gaps where the glasses donât form a proper seal from the elements, thatâs more of an anatomy/physical problem so canât fault the manufacturer. Durability has been good so far, been dropped a few times and theyâre still going strong. These would be the perfect glasses for work if they were $20 cheaper. For now idk if Iâll buy another pair if these were to get lost or broken.

Glasses fit really good!! Only downside is there isn’t a soft bag for the glasses. But that aside very happy for fishing glasses.
