I read somewhere that that Vitamin C and E together works better. I took this for a few weeks with increased upset stomach. This stopped when I separated it from morning meds and took it with lunch.

Two best vitamins you can take to build up your immune system and both are anti-oxidants that are very important. Only thing Iâd change make the bit E 200 IU as the 400 IU is the max does. Your body stores vit e and it is a fat soluble vitamin.

I’m happy with my purchase. They are a little big however, I wasn’t surprised because the pills where advertised as being one inch long furthermore, for me they were easy to swallow. At first I was hesitant to buy the pills because of the reviews about the pills being stuck together but mines weren’t which made me happy. I would recommend this product.

all stuck together in bottle update ordered another bottle
5/24/23 update: I ordered another bottle. These also suffered from too much heat. Several capsules had broke open in the bottle and got oil on all the capsules. The capsules are all distorted shaped. I tried to return and I was told these were not returnable.I took this same brand for years with no problem. But I will never buy this brand from Amazon again.***If I could give negative stars I would. They send a crap product and then wouldn’t let you return them.*Review for last bottle ordered: Evidently this supplement got way to hot. All the capsules are stuck together in the bottle. I tried using a butter knife to separate them with no luck. I would submit a Picture but I would have to break the bottle open to show the capsules in a clump.
