    Enjoyed this book
    I really enjoyed the modern approach to meditation and that it’s much more active. I sometimes struggle with passive meditation because the default mode network just keeps going, so then I haven’t been consistent with my meditation practice. With the 6 Phase practice, it is much more feasible to add to my morning routine and to do consistently. Thank you, Vishen Lakhiani, I can’t wait to see what transpires in my life.

    Changed my life
    This short daily meditation has changed my life for the better. I am a Christian and incorporate my faith in Jesus in the meditation.     First and foremost, there are 3 1 star reviews on here all saying that it’s a con and that you can’t get access to the accompanying meditation for free… this is NOT the case. If you down load the Mindvalley app, yes you can subscribe and get access to a whole load more for $500 a year or around £84 a month but you can absolutely just use the mediation section which the key guided meditations described in this book are free. I have been doing them every day and at no point have they stopped being free!
    On top of that, it’s a really great book, full of realism and easy ways to get good at meditation. For anyone who struggles to quiten their mind or diligence it completely, this is a really great, down to earth, insightful and supportive book to get you exactly where you want to be and achieving everything you want to achieve. Could not recommend highly enough and wish the whole world was reading it!
