That sold me on safety.Says to eat 2 as your dose, and good thing i read the bottle or id of eaten them all. They taste like good tasting berry gummies, but got a little spicy kick at the end….thats the cinnamon doin its job.Cinnamon good, tigers love cinnamon. ðAnd since you’re not getting this energy from a redbull or your mocha latta chatta thingy, its all natural. That means its sustained energy and smooth.
