Awesome subscription service toothbrush. Really high quality
I’ve had several different quip toothbrushes and I’ve liked them all. This one is no different. I picked this one up because I like the color and I needed something I could just toss quickly into a travel kit and go.Quip has consistently employed a sleek, compact, minimalistic design. They’re very simple devices, with a power button to turn it on and a small removeable motor. That small motor is powered by a single AAA battery, which lasts around three months, and has a handy built-in two-minute timer with 30-second pulses to help you brush each part of your mouth evenly. If you’re used to other toothbrushes, you may have to get used to the fact that it doesn’t feel very strong, as the vibrations arenât as noticeable/powerful as high-end Sonicare or Oral-B brushes. But I’m not sure that’s a bad thing, as these seem to do a really effective job. This brush is fantastic as a travel option. Itâs lightweight, comes with its own cover, and easily fits in a bag without taking up much space. Plus, the replaceable battery means you donât have to pack extra chargers, which is a big bonus for on-the-go use, though I DO wish it was rechargeble. I guess you could get a rechargeable AAA battery if you were more environmentally conscious. As with the other quips I’ve had, the stick-on wall mount is also hit-or-miss. It has ended up sitting on the sink most of the time for me. Also, storing it in there isn’t great anyway, as the holder starts to smell bad after repeated storing, largely because it’s a wet, enclosed space you’re putting it into. Finally, when you have to change the head, if you’re not used to it, it can sometimes break. You really have to changet he head regularly, and you also have to clean it to avoid it smelling bad as well.At the price point, itâs a great value if youâre not expecting all the bells and whistles of premium models. It gets the basics rightâgood cleaning, convenient design, and portability.

Sleek and Feels Great on the Gums
This is a very sleek and good looking electric toothbrush! The thing I love the most is the ability to use any AAA battery you have. This make this such an easy solution for an electric toothbrush, rather than having to drag around a charger or keep one plugged in on a counter. We’re a rechargeable battery household so I don’t foresee having any issues keeping this charged and ready to go.It says it’s waterproof but I am curious if this will hold up over time with water. It’s great that it comes with a second head so it gives you time to figure out your game plan with that. The replaceable heads can run a bit pricey if you go with the manufacturer but I also see there are a multitude of after market brush heads that will fit.The travel case is also cool! It’s a bit on the bulkier side but it could easily be used a storage container for many things.****As a product tester for Amazon, I take pride in offering honest and dependable reviews of products so that anyone thinking about purchasing this product gets a fair assessment of functionality and quality. If I find that the performance or quality of a product is reduced after I’ve made my initial review, I will update to reflect these changes.Rating System Definitions:5 Star = Excellent, better than expected, highly recommend4 Star = Met expectations, would recommend3 Star = Below expectations, but ok2 Star = Fulfills what was advertised, unsatisfactory1 Star = Not at all what was advertised, unsatisfactory

Wonderful portable electric toothbrush
This electric toothbrush is awesome! It is very small, and feels similar to a normal toothbrush in size. It comes with a small carrying case that has a strip of sticky adhesive to put it up on a wall or surface. To turn it on, you push the small Q symbol on the neck of the toothbrush and it vibrates to brush. It is simple but does exactly what it needs to do.I like that it does not have to be plugged into a charger. It uses AAA batteries that are supposed to last for 3 months. (I suppose only time will tell.)This is a great alternative to a manual toothbrush, and could easily be put in a travel bag.

Great little travel electric toothbrush
My toothbrush at home is an electric Oral B so I had that to compare the Quit toothbrush to. After using the Quip a few times and getting through its quirks, Iâve found it cleans well and my teeth do feel clean â just not as clean as when I use my Oral B though.I figured the Quip will be good as a travel toothbrush and something I can keep in my toiletries kit. It comes in a transparent plastic tube and I like to keep it in that so that the whole toothbrush is protected. No need to throw it away and use just the stand. I also did not care for the sticky tape and left the label on. I figured that the stickiness will be gone after a few uses anyway. Either way, keeping the toothbrush in its plastic transparent chemistry tube negates the need to use the sticky tape.As far as the electric aspect of this toothbrush goes â the vibrations are just that. Only vibrations and somewhat subtle. Youâll basically be brushing with this like you were brushing with a regular, manual, toothbrush. I am assuming the sonic vibrations help in cleaning but they are nothing compared to my Oral B. I barely saw water in my palm move with the sonic vibrations whereas the Oral B would force you to clean your mirror with the splatter it causes if you did the same thing.I do like that the Quip is battery powered and is expected to last 3 months on a single battery. That is nice. Honestly, you can just use it like a regular toothbrush if you donât have a replacement battery handy anyway. Overall, it is a nice toothbrush and works well in a travel kit but I wouldnât substitute it for an Oral B or any other major brand.

Great toothbrush
I had a battery-operated toothbrush that worked well, but this one is even better. I love the sleek design and that it can sit by itself on the counter without needing a separate container to put it in. It also comes with a tube to store it in or to use for traveling.I especially like the slim head on this tooth brush, which makes it much easier to get into tight spaces and get some of those harder-to-reach teeth brushed well, also.
