FOR SHORT AND STUBBY LASHES
Not many mascaras work on my short, stubborn, and straight lashes. Holy cow, Asian mascaras are on a different level.
Clio lash kill mascara has been a miracle for my lashes. It lengthens and keeps the curl all day. It doesn’t give any volume but I don’t care about that because volume = lashes falling down. It manages to coat all my lashes.
The formulation is drier, maybe a little too dry. This is one of the hardest mascaras to take off. Like I only have 10 lashes total but by the end of the day I have 3 left after vigorously scrubbing. (Tip, gently rub the cleaning balm, cleansing oil, or micellar water on the lashes. Do not put all your forces into taking this mascara off. You will lose. )
If you have patience and sad lashes, definitely recommend the mascara!

I LOVE THIS MASCARA
I used to go get my eyelashes permed because I’m a Korean who have these straight eyelashes that never stay curled even when I heat my eyelash curler.
THIS mascara keeps my eyelashes curledddd. From 7am to almost 7pm my eyelashes are pointing up! Plus they’re waterproof and they do exactly that.

Love this still! My eyelashes stay curled all day. I gave it 4 stars because I feel like I ran out of it so quick like there wasnât enough product in the tube. Lasted me like a month and a half. Usually mascara lasts me a few months.

Perfect for maintaining all day curl
I have very straight asian lashes and most mascaras donât hold a curl, even after using a curler multiple times. Most mascaras that do work are dry and tough to remove. This mascara is my holy grail! I just curl my lashes super quickly, and the curl is held all day with just one coat. Perfect for defining lashes and lengthening. Not very good for volumizing. Itâs easy to remove clumps afterwards, if there even are any, with a spoolie. I usually remove with either micellar water, or with just water and a makeup eraser in the shower. I havenât noticed it causing my lashes to fall out. My new holy grail after about 4 months of using regularly. No more layering 2 or 3 mascaras for me!

Best mascara for Asian straight lashes
Omg⦠this mascara is life changing if you have super straight lashes! Never in my life have I ever used a mascara that held a curl, everything Iâve ever tried always made my lashes fall immediately. Two coats and it looks like Iâm wearing falsies. Iâm obsessed! I even took a hot yoga class and my lashes still looked good!

Allergic
I’m not a huge fan of the curved wand. I like waterproof mascaras because my eyes water alot. I have faint and short eyelashes so I love the newer ‘falsies’ type mascaras that tend to build up. If you are allergic to Maybelline Great Lash like me, you might be allergic to this one too.

The Only Mascara That Works
Oh my gosh. This is genuinely my holy grail. I’ve tried so many different mascaras and none of them worked. No matter how many people reassure me that it worked on their sister with the most stubborn lashes, no mascara has kept my lashes curled UNTIL THIS ONE. I genuinely have the most straight lashes known to mankind (I curl my lashes and they fall within 2 minutes max), but this mascara is somehow able to keep them up for HOURS. I’ve even committed the sin of falling asleep with them on, and I woke up with perfectly curled lashes.
