Sleep strips for CPAP
These work great. My mouth stays closed so my snoring has cut down. Very comfortable to wear and they donât come off until I remove it. Good value for the money and easy to use

Helped my sleep apnea
I have been using these nightly for almost 3 months. They have helped with my sleep apnea considerably. Have only had ONE night in over 80 that it didn’t stay put (and I had used a different facial soap just before bed routine – so that was why). You also cannot have applied anything to your lips prior to using or they won’t stay. So I have had to change my habit of applying lip conditioner in the morning instead of at bedtime. Also, be sure not to lick lips prior to applying. If lip area is dry and natural, these will stay on for a very long time. If you are a drooler, they may tend to come off as well (had that happen one night when sick). They DO NOT leave a sticky residue after removing. I don’t feel the need to wash after removing (like others). They seem a bit narrow in height. So, if you have wide lips, these may not cover well enough. Mine are average for a female. They stay better if you make sure to get a bit of skin both above and below lips. And, be sure your lips are tightly closed. You should not be able to get any gap when trying to open them. Use a mirror at first and then you’ll get to where you know where the top should go and can put on without a mirror. I also wear a nose strip and use a grind guard at same time with no problems. These did reduce my sleep apnea a LOT, but not completely. Of many things to help with sleep apnea – trying these is what I would recommend FIRST. What have you got to loose?

Effective
I purchased this mouth tape because I’ll be traveling with my kids for the holidays and don’t want to keep them up in the motel with my snoring. I’ve tried a chin strap and it was terribly uncomfortable, so I gave this a try. It definitely helps. The adhesive is strong enough to keep my mouth closed at night, but not so strong that I feel like I’m suffocating. (I do have a touch of claustrophobia and don’t like being restrained in any way) It also doesn’t hurt to take off. I do drink a lot, even through the night, so I have to at least partially remove it for that, but the adhesive sticks right back on. The only problem I had was that drool still sneaks through my lips in the night and makes the tape gross, but that’s a problem with me, not the product. I just have to remove it and put a fresh, dry one on to finish out the night. It takes some getting used to, having something stuck to my mouth at night, but for what I need it for, it works well.

I can breathe clearly nowww
these are a life saver (and a sleep deprivation solution) no more tossing and turning, sitting up and laying back down hoping the stuffiness will go away. stays on all night for me and my boyfriend and heâs a bit of a crazy sleeper- very durable. does its job and does it well. once you slap it on itâs immediately dry and stuck to ur nose. great investment if youâre a sitter upper in frustration from a stuffy nose. itâs like night and day with this thing!

Definitely adhere the entire night!
I’ve used these three nights now. It has been an adjustment with their effective adhesion!I didn’t sleep sound fearing it would not adhere, but it proved very adhesive. Yet, come off painlessly in the morning when Ipulled it off!Removing the very small middle piece prior to use seemed appropriate. The remaining tiny open section in the middle does allow mouth breathing. The next night, I placed that tiny opening more on the lower lip area to eliminate that potential air release with mouth breathing, and it worked well.I did have to cough in the night, but couldn’t readily because the strip holds air in. But, I coughed so hard it kinda blew the strip ajar. I patted it back into place and it remained the rest of the night.Overall, it is very effective for its intent with those minor adjustments. I would hesitate to try others as I now know it’s adhesive is great and I really like that it is transparent! It’s been over a week now and I just want to add:How natural it feels now that I’m getting use to it. Even when I first put it on at night, it doesn’t feel stiff and out of place like it had. I really like this product. It’s still an issue if I have to cough… but what else can they do?? Good product!

WARNING: THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS IF USED IMPROPERLY
First, the positive: For years, I awoke three-four times per night because of dry mouth. I assumed the problem was causes by a medicine I take. After I realized that I never had dry mouth during the day. I reasoned that my nighttime problem was probably a result of mouth breathing, and I decided to try this product. It was like a miracle; no more dry mouth! I could sleep through the night! The produce is inexpensive, easy to apply, and easy to remove.HOWEVER, when applying the tape, it is easy to overlook the small, oblong piece of tape in the middle of the strip that MUST be removed. The instructions that came with the package donât even mention it. I donât understand why it is there, but perhaps the manufacturers thought that the wearer needed a space for mouth breathing or would feel claustrophobic without it. At first, like some reviewers, I would wake up in the morning thinking that the strip gave me a blister. Then I realized that it was the middle strip sticking to my lip after removing the main portion of the strip. After pulling it off, I was fine; there was no blister.Going forward, I sometimes remembered to remove the middle strip and sometimes forgot. One night, I awoke with a tightness in my throat. I HAD ASPIRATED THE MIDDLE STRIP, WHICH AFFIXED ITSELF TO THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH, CLOSE TO THE TONSILS. With some difficulty, I was able to scrape it off with a finger. However, had it been another half-inch further back, I would have required an emergency medical or dental appointment. Even worse, IT COULD HAVE BEEN ASPIRATED INTO THE LUNGS.So here is the bottom line: The product can be greatâ¦. IF you use it properly. But I cannot give five stars to a manufacturer who does not include proper instructions or address safety concerns. Also, I would NOT use the tape with young children under any circumstance.
