For people that can’t take biotin
I love this brand! I was previously taking the formula with biotin, I am now on thyroid medication & can’t mix it with biotin. It has made my nails much, much stronger, my dry skin much softer, & I see more hair growth at the temples. I recommend this brand over Vital Proteins, it has worked much better than all the others.

Collagen Supplement
Great price for all the amino acids you get in here along with collagen, and even Vitamin C!!! This is like a multivitamin but for such a great price!! Itâs a huge bottle with 48 servings per container!! The only downside is the size of the pills.. theyâre about the size of the tip of my pointer finger and the serving size is 6/day⦠and they are chalky. I found itâs manageable to take 3 in the morning and 3 at night!Overall, I havenât noticed a HUGE difference, but Iâve only been taking them for about 2 weeks! I notice my skin feels smoother and joint pain isnât quite as bad (Iâm a runner)! Excited to continue taking it and will update my review in a month!

Excellent but too many pills
I love this product and Iâve seen a huge improvement since taking it. My cellulite on my legs have almost vanished. I also had some loose skin after weight loss and have seen improvements on that end as well. The downside is that the daily amount of pills is 6 and they are very large. It is hard to remember to take them consistently every day and to swallow 6 large pills, which is burdensome. However, due to the efficacy, Iâd prefer taking them and getting the results Iâve been hoping for to improve my skin laxity.

Huge difference in skin and hair
They are horse pills but they work. My hair has grown really slowly since I had cancer and my skin aged from the treatments. I was told by my doctor that collagen supplements could help and I finally bit the bullet and started taking them. My hair is growing much faster and my skin looks much better. Itâs glowing for the first time since all of this started and the skin under my eyes especially looks healthier. Because of the size of the pills I break them up to 3 times a day instead of all at once. 6 horse pills is just too much for me.

6 pills a day. Tablets are large . Some of the tablets broke and are small pieces, so not useable. I havenât seen any difference in hair/nails/skin. I think there are better options out there .

I usually donât leave reviews unless I really like the product or I really dislike the product but this collagen pills works! I started taking this because I wanted to look younger and for hair growth. I definitely noticed my hair is getting thicker(I also take very good care of my hair so I use other products to make sure itâs staying healthy) I think my hair routine plus taking these pills are making my hair grow super thick and healthy. Also I workout like 4 times a week, before taking these pills my body would always be sore after a hard core workout now that I have started taking these I literally never have sore days! I swear after doing a hard core workout I could go to the gym the next day and still workout since Iâm not sore!!! That has been my favorite thing about taking these pills. I do notice my skin has been softer and as far as my nails they seem like they are getting stronger but slowly

This is my second bottle and I would say that itâs really effective. Been a collagen user for 4years. Was using neocell collagen in the Philippines but I switched to youtheory from the time I moved to india. Neocell is too costly in India so tried to switch to youtheory that has same result. Tried Swiss collagen too before youtheory but didnât see any Improvement with my hairfall and skin. Good collagen should give you result in 8-12weeks. Thanks
