Although it is easy to assemble and take down. It is wayyyyy to small for 2 folding chairs. I wanted to use it to stay out of the direct sun but it just made it hotter. I ended up returning

Wife hates bugs so this little private tent works really well for just her. She can use it to sit in on our balcony at night or wherever but good quality, keeps those pesky bugs out!

Okay, but not great
This is one of those pop-up shelters that takes only a few seconds to open and set up. However, it is lightweight and would need to be staked down to keep it from blowing away. If it had a built-in floor then perhaps a chair could keep it down fairly securely in a light wind, but it doesn’t have a floor, so it isn’t going to stay put in windy conditions. It’s made pretty well, but the clear plastic creates a “greenhouse” effect. It would be better if it had shading on top and more ventilation. Its best use is probably on a cloudy drizzly day–as long as wet grass isn’t a problem.

Perfect for sideline viewing of Spring or Fall outdoor events during poor weather conditions
I’ve had this shelter set up in my back yard for weeks so that I could sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels coming to my feeders and bird baths in various weather conditions and without having to contend with insects. Unfortunately this has mostly been through the hottest part of the year here with temps in the high 90-100 degree range. Even though it says all weather, this shelter is unbearable in the hot Summer sun without some type of cooling device, and the same would be true for the cold days of Winter, except you would need to use a heater. Thankfully you can purchase small heaters and/or cooling devices that would make life in this shelter much more bearable under those conditions.For me though, this is a great shelter for the early Spring and late Fall events during those days of milder temperatures, but otherwise uncertain and rapidly changing weather conditions. For instance, I would have loved to have had this shelter when my son, and later my grandson, were playing high school baseball. I can’t count the number of times I sat outside in the early Spring during light rain, wind, and uncomfortably cool weather.Besides sporting events I can see using this shelter for birdwatching, fishing, or sitting outside on a cool winter day to enjoy a cup of coffee without having to wear so many cloths that you can’t get your coffee cup up close enough to your mouth to take a sip. I’m sure that you can think of many other ways to put this shelter to good use.

Has decent value and functionality
Hereâs my experience with this all-weather shelter tent designed for one person:Features and Setup:The tent comes with a detachable roof cover and a removable floor, providing some flexibility in its configuration. It includes 12 ground stakes, 4 ropes for guy wires, and 4 sandbags (sans sand). The setup process is straightforward, and I found it quite easy to assemble in my backyard. However, folding it back into place proved somewhat challenging due to the stiff wires that hold it together.Performance:In my initial test, the tent withstood a 5mph wind without any issues. I havenât yet tested its waterproof capabilities as advertised. The tent features mesh breathable windows, but unfortunately, the mesh doesnât extend all the way to the floor. This design means it can still get hot and uncomfortable inside on sunny days, particularly without a breeze.Comfort and Space:Sitting inside on a foldable chair, I found that there wasnât much room left to move around. Itâs a snug fit, suitable primarily for sitting and perhaps reading or relaxing, rather than for more active uses.Portability:The tent comes with a convenient carrying bag, making it easy to transport for outdoor activities and camping. Despite the minor issue with folding it back, its portability is a significant plus.Use Cases:I find it perfect for reading books in the backyard. It provides adequate shelter and a cozy space for one person. Itâs also suitable for camping and other outdoor activities, provided you donât require a lot of extra space.Conclusion:Overall, this tent is a good option for solo outdoor enthusiasts looking for a portable and easy-to-set-up shelter. It has some limitations in terms of space and ventilation, but it performs well in mild weather conditions. For its intended purpose, it offers decent value and functionality.
