The ball is small but I’m happy the bad part is it’s not easy to blow up because the air comes back out and u have to hurry up in plug it.

When bouncing ball
Seems like when bouncing ball on flat surface or your knees, when it lands on the insert holding the air in causes the ball to bounce differently, may go in another direction than intended. Other than that works well for exercising

Serves it’s purpose…
I got this for Barre3 workouts. It’s actually preferrable for it to be a bit soft. Like some have said, it’s impossible to fully inflate and get the plug in. But that’s how I need it for my specific workouts.

A little small but usable
It’s 8″ fully inflated(slightly under 8″ when 80%). So if you were needing a size class up from 7,you might be disappointed. Photo compared to another bought from Amazon that is 8.75″ at 80% inflation. This will work for what we need it for but thought I would point out the size difference for those buying it thinking it is 9″. Material is textured to reduce slippage which is much appreciated. Came with storage bag, plug remover, two plugs and two straws. Good bargain

Easy to Inflate
During one of my right shoulder replacement surgery physical therapy, the physical therapist had me use an inflatable ball. I ordered one for Amazon. Easy to inflate and was about the right size. Not much could go wrong purchasing this ball for physical therapy.

This product is awful. It came in what looked like a ziplock bag that had all the air sucked out of it. The straw to inflate the ball was like a small bent straw that up get at McDonaldâs. It was almost impossible to get the valve out to blow it up. I recommend using your own straw that you know is clean to blow up the ball. The material is super thin and it feels like the balm is going to pop at any moment. I would sent it back, but it isnât work my time or money. Save yourself the hassle and donât buy this product.

Hard to keep inflated
Although I loved the price of this ball, I have found it hard to maintain. The ball arrives uninflated with a straw, a plug, and a plug remover, which is definitely necessary. The idea is that the consumer should remove the stopper and inflate the ball by blowing into the straw. The trick is to replace the plug without losing all the air. There is no barrier or valve to prevent air from escaping. I had the most success when I cut the straw in half, blew up the ball, and plugged the straw, pushing it into the ball and leaving it there. Unfortunately, the ball needs to be reinflated every couple of days, so now I have multiple straw sections rattling around in the ball. (This does not seem to affect the use of the product.) When my physical therapy is done, I will be able to throw this thing away with a clear conscience, having used what I have as well as I could, but I will definitely pay better attention and make a better investment if I ever need another one.
