Fabulous. I was 180/144 a few weeks ago and this got me down to 144/80 in 2-3 weeks. I am also taking Kyolic aged garlic and Krill oil, but its all helping a lot. Second order, and would much prefer this over Rx which makes me achy all over and hair falls out and I couldn’t take.
