This is an outstanding complete TRX kit. I installed it on a ceiling joist in my basement and it works perfectly. Had used TRX with my trainer several years ago. I now workout from home and wanted to add TRX to my routine. Received the All In One Bundle yesterday. Took 5 minutes to confirm the height for the indoor anchor and another 5 to install it. The straps and bands are plenty heavy duty. The exercise guide included is clear and concise. Same with the online app that you get access to with this package. All in all this is going to be a great addition to my home gym and I’ll probably take it on my longer business trips too.

Amazing option for a home gym on days you canât make it to the gym. I am a full time employee and a full time student. Going to the gym is a passion of mine that I canât squeeze in everyday but having the TRX in my house makes it a great option to hit everybody part I need to workout, when stressed for time. Set up was simple enough. I used the front door before we drilled the metal anchor into a beam in the basement. The second location also allows for more and better space to utilize the TRX.
