Good set
I like the variety given in this set. One of my favorites is the ball. I like to use it on my feet when they’re sore from standing all day. I sit down and just roll the ball around under my foot. The back support on the tube is great. Hard foam, but it feels good. I like that it comes with a bag to keep everything together.

This came in a branded sturdy box. There are a few parts inside including a stretch thing that looks like an oversized rubber band, a little hard ball, a dual handle roller that rolls you not your dough & a cloth type sack you could use to store all the pieces or to carry it from place to place.It isnât high tech or pretty, nor is it soft or even inviting. Iâm not sure how it is 5 in 1, but maybe Iâm missing how something fits in another or that you can do 2 things at a time or something, or maybe they mean you can go to at least 5 areas on your body, the statement is not convincing, seems you could use it 30 places & if they are counting a ball & sack & rubber band thatâs really reaching.It does do useful things & all you really need to do is get on a flat surface & determine what you can roll over one or another of the roller parts â you neck, your shoulders, your arms, your legs â and in between. For many of us that can keep us occupied and we come away more limber than we started.The ball is not interesting to me, Iâd like to whittle some of it out & use it for Halloween. The band maybe for folks that arenât inclined to get twisted up & fall, but I guess you could pull it between your hands & get bored vert fast.Iâm not sure this is polished or interesting enough to give away as a gift without the recipient thinking you might not like them that much, but for your own family or yourself, youâll likely use this enough to justify ordering it.Not glamorous, but comes in a variety of colors â might be worth a try.

Great foam roller and ball…
I really like the large foam roller and hard ball. They both are firm enough to release tight muscles when positioned properly.I found the ‘stick’ to be of limited use – it’s just too soft and the ergonomics of the handles aren’t great. The resistance band really doesn’t do much for me with respect to massage or releasing tight muscles.The storage bag seems like a way to get the piece total up to 5 items. It’s pretty flimsy, and after using it a couple of times, I ended up just discarding it.For just two really good/usable items, this set is a bit expensive for what you’re getting, but the items in the set that work DO work really well and are durable enough for long-term use.

Brand: LTHTRADE. A nice 5-piece set for deep, hard massages. The set includes: a nice drawstring bag to hold the other pieces of the set, one elastic stretch band, a hard massage ball, a roller stick, and a foam roller. The stretch band is useful for doing some basic stretch/resistance exercises. The ball is very dense and hard – Like a rock hard. Good for rolling on isolated muscles, especially if you can get your partner to use it on your neck or back. The stick roller has a slightly flexible foam coating. It’s nice, but does not massage very deeply. The roller stick is more of a surface massage/rolling. The large foam roller appears to be a plastic pipe covered with a foam sleeve. Although the foam covering has a little give, the plastic pipe that the foam is mounted on has no give, and is hard and rigid. Using this roller under my back, and putting my body weight on it, hurts, and took some time to “enjoy” the pain. If you are looking for a nice starter set of massage tools to get a hard, firm, sometimes painful massage; this is a nice set. Overall quality appears good. The tools generally function as expected.

Hard rollers that work as expected
This is a good foam roller set that helps get the knots out of my muscles. I don’t use the stretch band or ball as much as the large and stick roller but they do help give me a good massage. but not as deep as I would like. The best results seem to be when someone else is using it on me with more force. The enclosed bag makes it more portable and useful to store. Seems to be a good set for stretching and massaging the muscles that doesn’t lose its shape when I use it. In fact, it is quite hard.

The 5 in 1 Foam Roller Set, (I consider it more of a 4 piece set sans the band) is a nice message set for those looking for a vary of message options. Included with your purchase is drawstring bag that holds an elastic stretch band, massage ball, roller stick, and a foam roller. I found the stretch band to be of little to no use for me, however others may find it useful for doing basic stretching and or light resistance exercises. The included message ball is very hard, does a great job isolating problematic areas. Others I have used in the past were on the squishy side, not this one. I found the stick roller to be meh, of little use. It’s a nice addition, beneficial to some, however I found it to be awkward. My interest in the set, aside from variety was for the large foam roller. The roller itself has very little give, exactly what I was looking for versus the soft. This roller worked great rolling out my back IT band etc. I can see some may not like the rigid nature of this roller, find it to be a bit on the painful side. It does take bit of getting use to, the initial discomfort. Overall, if you are looking for foam roller set of above average quality on the hard, firm side this set will do the trick.
