And more importantly, the principles he discusses can be so easily transferred to about any business or vocation to inspire excellence. Inside Scoop on Michelin Star Restaurants
This book was a phenomenal read. I am fascinated with Michelin Star restaurants and I loved getting to hear the thought and intentionality of the hospitality of Eleven Madison Park. I wanted to see if everything in the book really was true so I took a trip to New York to eat at EMP and they really do live out the practices that they talk about in this book. This book really changed my view on hospitality and how it should be practiced, not only at work, but in life.
