    This journal is perfect to track my workouts, instead of trying to remember what I do day to day or weekly. Plenty of space for multiple exercises, spots to track your sleep, water intake, the date, your weight, etc. Also has pages in the front to track measurements, before and after photos, and goals. It is a pretty sturdy journal as well. Love it!

    The book has everything you need. I like that very much. Plenty of room. Laid out well.My issue is with quality. I had to send the first one I received back because the cover was broke when I received it. The 2nd arrived in good condition. But after only a few weeks the elastic strap that holds the book closed has broken. Still usable. But was held with what appears to be a very small amount of glue from a hot glue gun.

    A great tool for remembering how much I lifted last time. I prefer writing it doen versus constantly getting my phone out to log. The large spiral is perfect size to tuck a pen in.

    Great for repetitive tracking
    Having just started working out again, I was looking for something to track my progress. At the time I ordered this, I didn’t really know what or how I wanted to track, I just knew I wanted a record to help keep me motivated.I think the covers are sturdy and I like the spiral binding, making it easier to write. I love the inspirational quotes and wish there were more of them!That being said, I think this journal has provided more of a “how I would do this differently” for me personally. There are some metrics that do not apply to me, which is fine, a journal should be personal, but because of the way this book is set up, a lot of space will be wasted because I am not tracking that particular metric.There is nothing wrong with this journal, it just does not fit my needs. I would recommend it for weight lifters that are using progressive weights or increasing sets, or any activity that is repetitive with progression. My workouts are structured for me and they are progressive, but I do different activities every week to target whichever area I am working on, so it would make it much harder to track week over week apples to apples, so to speak. For those just wanting to record numbers straight across the board, this would be perfect and the price point is reasonable.
