Excellent product
My mom has very sensitive and painful calluses on the ball of her feet and these have been amazing for her. She is able to walk and now has a little more zepp in her step. She is very happy with this product and uses it everyday, which has helped healed a little of the calluses as well. Being 81 she needs to stay active and not in pain while trying to walk and thank you so much for making these pads because she is staying super busy now from sun up until sundown, there is no stopping her now. Hard to get a good fit
I wear a women’s size 8.5 so I bought medium. Unfortunately, the pad isn’t in the right spot for me. It’s too close to my toes. The pad should sit just behind the foot pad, but its directly under the foot pad for me, which puts more pressure on the metatarsals instead of less. I can’t pull it down further onto my foot because of the big toe slot. I can’t buy a bigger size because this is already a bit loose on my foot for the width. A bigger size will be too wide.It’s a nice idea – I wanted something that I could use with any shoe, but this just didn’t work with my foot shape.Update: I read some other reviews and want to say that I did not have many of the concerns that others brought up. It is clearly marked size M, not one size fits all. It doesn’t cut off circulation. It does slide up if I wear it barefoot. But the package clearly says to wear it with socks for best results. I also find that it stays in place with my favorite crocks.

Great pad material and placement, too snug on big toe
I’m barefoot most of the time in the house, but I’ve developed metatarsalgia. These pads are a good way to buffer my metatarsal issues for around-the-house stuff. The placement of the pad is really good for me (9-9.5 women’s shoe, so I ordered a medium). The gel material in the pad is very comfortable. However, the big toe sleeve is a bit too snug for me, so the pad slips forward if I don’t adjust it a lot. And I can’t wear them for longer periods of time: the comfort I get isn’t worth the amount of squeeze on my big toe.

I canât love these enough!
Why donât foot doctors give you something like these? As you can see, my doctor was going to remove my hammer toe and fix my bunion. Toe is gone but still have my bunion, on both sides of foot. And have a terrible callous on bottom of foot. I ordered these pads yesterday, got them today and have not taken it off. It supports my bunions, keeps toes separated and callous donât hurt. And of course, it took another woman to finally come up with something that works for the feet. Thank you And I am sleeping in them tonight. God bless you Women Owned! So thankful to finally found something that works. UPDATE I didn’t click my submit button and glad I didn’t because I ordered these on September 6th, Been wearing them ever since and I still LOVE LOVE them. I highly reccomend them.

Hurts different area of feet than what they’re supposed to help
I was really looking forward to no or at least less pain in my metatarsals after reading the reviews and seeing the photos.Unfortunately these things are not like in the photo for how they are cut or how they are described as comfortable and beneficial to your feet’s pain.They aren’t cut on an angle like the photo shows, but cut straight across the foot, meaning they slide up and over your pinky toes and dig into them badly; it killed me wearing them from the start even though I thought they would give and conform to my foot. The little bit of gel used to hold them in place at the back of your foot just doesn’t at all and just makes the elastic dig into the top of your feet. The big toe has an overlapping of fabric to cushion it, nice, but the rest of the toes in their one shared hole do not have that cushion, just the tight elastic band that slides and digs into the toes.These cause a lot of pain in new/ different areas of your feet which just adds to the pain they’re supposed to help alleviate, causing walking normal super hard and so painful I was wincing at work just to walk to the restroom.Do not buy these, regardless of the size you pick. They WILL indeed hurt your feet and make your footwear tighter, adding more pain to the tops and sides of your feet, and make walking harder then the original pain did. Hope this helps others from future, additional foot problems. :'( Not worth the money unless you want to pay for more pain.

Pads too far forward on feet
The pads are not in the right spot for me. They need to be further back. When I first put them on they arenât even in the right spot for the support I need. And over time they move forward causing more pain than if I werenât using them. I think the idea of these is good but the location of the pads is off.

Pros & cons, but beat in overall conditional use
So I only have issues with my left foot. Previously had the same issues with my right foot and ended up being a neuroma that had to be surgically removed. There are some other that can go into your shoe that FEEL better but thats Only good for when youâre wearing the shoes. What I really like about this particular product is that I can wear it anytime, like walking around the house or in slippers and in my socks to the gym. And theyre machine washable. This comes with two pairs (2 left and 2 right) and if you only have an issue with 1 foot (like my left foot), you could technically flip the right side ones inside out and wear those too. Wash them all and repeat.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I hesitated to purchase because of negative reviews but I wish I ordered sooner.I wear a Women’s size 10/10.5 Wide shoe and purchased the Medium sized Metatarsal Gel Pads. Oh. My. Goodness. These are awesome! They fit comfortably- not too tight but snug enough to stay in place. I wear them with my everyday work shoes (flats with built in arch support and a little stretch or sneakers with a wide toe box). They’re comfortable enough to wear all 8 hours of my work day. I’m sure you could wear them longer if you wanted too, but I like to let my hooves breathe after work and spend most evenings barefoot. At the end of the day, my feet are tired because I’m a hardworking full- figured woman, but there is no more aching, burning pain and swelling. 100% recommend.
