This supplement is actually a great supplement, however, there is a âno refund or return policyâ. When my shipment arrived the bottle was shattered with pieces of glass mixed in with the pills. I went to try and return it / exchange it for an unbroken bottle , due to their policy we are out the supplement and the money we spent on purchasing it. Again, great supplement, but due to the costumer service and the chance of your glass bottle shattering during transport. . iâd steer clear!

Wow! I can tell my hair and nails are growing out thicker and stronger and I’ve only been using this for about 2 weeks. It might take you a while to take these if you have trouble taking pills because the serving size is 6 pills. I can take 10 pills at once so it’s no issue for me. I understand that this supplement is made from whole foods, so it makes sense the serving size is more that one pill. You want to make sure it works and it does!
