This isnât bad for the price. Itâs fairly comfortable and it is easy to use; however, like another reviewer stated it does not adjust enough to be much of a challenge for many men. This is absolutely great for women, for older men and women, and for young teenagers until they become a bit too strong for it.This is also EXCELLENT for people who are rehabbing an injury to the forearm, wrist, and/or hand. Even though it doesnât have the tension required for young to middle-aged men (Iâm 46 myself) it DOES work and you can feel a good burn when you do a lot of reps. Set the tension to the tightest setting and do about thirty reps and you will feel your forearms burning.You can use this while youâre watching a movie or reading a book or doing anything that doesnât require two hands (keep your mind outta the gutter!) and while the tension isnât fantastic for most men, and certainly a few women, it can be set high enough to give your fingers a good workout. Iâm probably going to order a second one so I can just work both forearms, wrists, and fingers at the same time while watching a movie. And if you put on a movie and use this the entire time of the film you WILL feel it working.This will not be good for people who are either very obese (sorry, but at least Iâm saving you $25 and saving you from having to return it) or ridiculously muscular forearms because thereâs not much room in there. If you take a look at the pictures I took for this review youâll see that thereâs not much wiggle-room in there. Iâm a 6â tall man (or at least I was; now Iâm more like a 5â11 cripple with terrible posture) and I weigh about 210lbs with about the average amount of muscle a man my age who is only a casual lifter would have.Like I said earlier itâs not shabby and I actually kinda like it; I just wish that it had two or three times more tension.

Just what I needed after my PT ran out.
I shattered my right wrist last November, and got put back together with a titanium plate and 7 screws. I did 20 PT visits, and when those ran out I wanted to keep working on my wrist as there is some loss of downward deflection. So far this is helping develop the muscles that atrophied after spending 6 weeks in a cast. I am not 100% but slowly but surely getting there.There is a lot of plastic that makes up this unit, but it is holding up to every other day use.

It does a great job with muscle building noticed big difference in the couple weeks had it. BUT IT BROKE!!! It would be a 5 star if this didn’t happen. The nut that adjust the tension snapped in half. And the bottom pad came out. I was going to yank the pad out any how. Because it not made for people who already have forearms of a man.

This item is perfect for developing your wrist and forearms. Light, durable, and easy to use. This item has a 5 level, tension adjuster. I am a die hard golfer, in my 60’s, who bought this to strengthen my wrist, mostly, and also my forearms. This item works. Highly recommended.
