I hate taking gummies and vitamin pills so the liquid option is my go to. I am pushing 40 and figured why not get a jump start with the 40+ womenâs vitamins. Iâve been using this for less than a week so I canât really say I see much of a difference yet but Iâm excited to see how my hair and nails do with this.The peach vanilla flavor isnt bad. I feel like peach anything can be a little iffy but itâs actually a nice taste and can see it easily being mixed into a drink if you donât like it.

Iâm unsure yet if I feel anything. I will say the texture and flavor is so bad. The texture is super thick. The flavor isnât even the vitamin thing, itâs flat out nasty. Not orange or cherry flavor just bad. They didnât think that part out. I put it in water shake it, hold my breath so I canât taste it, drink it fast. Please fix the flavor.

Expired Product
I order directly from MaryRuth’s wanted an extra bottle and saw it on Amazon after receiving an email that it was available. Product came in and I brought it to work. Noticed it was very dark in color and tasted a little ‘off’. Noticed that it expired in Nov 2024 – which typically wouldn’t bother me, but I received my order from MaryRuth’s directly and looked at the expiration date and it is April 2025 and the color is 100% lighter and the product tastes normal. I can’t return it at this point, but ORDER DIRECT FROM MARYRUTH’s, not Amazon as the product is obviously not ‘fresh’. Threw product out, waste of money.
