This is perfect!
I had my knee replaced two weeks ago and, among many concerns, I knew I’d need help getting out of bed. This is perfect! Doesn’t take up much space and very sturdy. I wish I’d bought it years ago. I’ll use it after my knee has healed too. It makes me feel very secure.

The part that goes under the bed can be adjust long enough to really feel stable. I’m 260 lbs and I don’t feel like I am straining it when I use it to help pull me out of bed.

Smaller than it appears in photo
I should pay more attention to the description. The bed rail is smaller than I anticipated, but it still works fine. The attachable pocket is also smaller than anticipated but, again, it really doesn’t matter unless you plan on storing a week’s worth of clothing in it or something similar. It is fine for remotes, tissues, etc.

Must Have For Those With Mobility Issues
Wow! These bed rails absolutely exceeded my expectations. To say that I’m pleased with them is an understatement. My 80-year-old mother stays with me half of the time. She has a very hard time getting out of bed or adjusting herself to a more suitable position. I thought that maybe I would have to to do something to secure it up underneath the mattress. I did not have to do anything but put the bed rails together which took just a couple minutes. The bed rails just slide underneath the mattress and my mom’s weight and the weight of the mattress was good enough to make it very secure for her. She said that this was the best thing that she could have got to make her life easier. I think what makes this product superior is that the bars that go underneath the mattress are long. Some bed rails are much shorter and just don’t offer the security. Product is very well made. I am extremely happy and would recommend this to anyone regardless of age who has mobility issues.
