The time strips are left on is confusing
The back of the box says to leave the strips on for an hour. The information above says to leave them on for 30 minutes. I read online to follow the directions on the box but if I had known it was 60 minutes, I think I wouldâve looked for a different 3-D whitening kit. Is a very long time to wait. Also, it does not say the percentage of peroxide on the box and while trying to figure out how long they should really stay on, I realize higher levels of peroxide are not good for your teeth. But I have no idea what the level is in these in fact it even says itâs peroxide free and then it says the active ingredient is peroxide. So the information on this Amazon site is very confusing and inaccurate.

Crest Whitestrips work great. I use them once a year. They cause teeth sensitivity every time I use them. Make sure your teeth have just the right amount of saliva – not too much but not dry either, for optimal sticking and use. I use my finger nail to press the strips into the spaces between my teeth. Your teeth will be noticeable whiter when completing the process.

10th time and no difference
I took a photo on day 1 and on day 10, and you literally cannot tell the difference. I hope by finishing up the kit I’ll be able to see a difference, but so far, nada.

Took about 45 days from forgetting to put them on but worth it. Not teeth sensitivity just a bit of gum discomfort randomly. Now to get that missing tooth replaced…

The strip sticks perfectly and after 9th treatment my teeth were clearly getting white starting from yellow stained coloring. Should do the required time and whenever my gums feel sensitive i skip a day and do it a day after.
