Great Fitness Tracker for Any Serious Lifter
This book is a great way to track your progress in the gym.Iâve been able to to work on my weak areas more and see how Iâm progressing by using this notebook.I will say though that the pages tend to rip easy so if youâre not careful your pages will rip.Also the text boxes are fairly small in size so you do have to write in small handwriting.

I normally just write my work out log into a plain notebook. I found this workout log and had a closer look. At the top of the page you can can record the date; day; training focus ie. legs;back etc. The rest of the page is laid out to record up to 11 exercises. To the right of this you can record weight and reps up to 6 sets. Plenty enough for most gym users. At the bottom of the page is a section for recording your cardio type with level; time and ovals. Underneath this is a small section for additional notes you may want to add. This workout log is gold! Much better than the notebook I was using previously.

This is the best workout book I’ve used.Great protective covers for when I through it on the floor and spill dextrin on it at the gym. Plenty of space. I only really use the daily workout pages but there’s useful tracking sections in there if you need that.
