Wonderful product, both in quality as well as price
Iâve now been using this product for just under a year, However, I really have nothing bad to say about it. The only thing that I would say in regards to anything, Is that the coating and or paint that was put on the charging dock for the trimmer Is starting to peel up, However, I have never once charged the item and I use it probably once every 2 to 3 weeks, And the battery is still at 43%.
The blades have never pinched or cut my skin, the durability of the product is fantastic, i have brought it everywhere with me, whether i travel or stay home. The product has been dropped countless times and still works like new. It has always been relatively easy to clean and the blades are still sharp to this day.
I go through phases with my beard, in the summer I like it short but long enough to hide my chin, and during the winter I prefer it to be long almost like a loggers beard and this product has everything included with the 69$ kit to maintain it as well as give a clean trim and shave. I donât typically use the shortest setting as the hair gets cut flush with my skin and Iâm not a big fan of this as my beard likes to curl into my skin, however it has everything you would need to start out with and would work for something long term. I would say this product is very much worth it. When I do use the product, after I finish, I run it under hot water while powered on to clean it out, and after which I use a fragrance free beard oil and beard wax.
The beard oil can be a generic type, but I prefer the Viking revolution beard wax.
Overall I have nothing bad to say about this product, itâs high quality and the blades are sharp as can be, whether your a high schooler trying to grow out your beard, a college student wanting to experiment, or the average working man trying to maintain a clean beard, this product is wonderful and provides everything youâd need mechanically.

Excellent beard trimmer but could use a 0.5 guard
Trimmer performed better than I expected. However, it needs a 0.5 guard. Using the longest setting with no guard trims too short and the 1.0 guard trims longer than I prefer.

BEST TRIMMER EVER … REVISED
I can’t contact the seller directly anymore since my support window has closed. I’ve really enjoyed this product, it had a really nice solid feel, ran like a quality product, until it didn’t. A little over 3 months of very light use (my wife will confirm, my beard is pretty thin!) and now it suddenly just won’t turn on. It lights up when charging, the battery climbs right up to 100% but other than charging, it doesn’t do anything anymore.
EDIT AND UPDATE: after reaching out to the manufacturer, they were quick to help me resolve my problem and replace the unit. However after a few days of not working, it has started again and is now operating without a hitch so I’ll keep on using it. Can’t complain too much about a company that is ready to help or a product that jumps back into action on its own.

E-1 is not a fatal error.
I enjoy the Beard Trimmer. When charging the unit I got an E-1 message. I contacted customer support and received an email response within a couple of hours. My bad…turns out I used the wrong charger causing the E-1 error message. Good trimmer, like the adjustments (that are easy to make) for beard length and overall a good solid Razor. With outstanding customer support it is a solid product that I’d recommend.

Shaver finish is poor quality
I like the shaver and would have given it 5 stars if not for the poor quality of the finish of the shaver. The bottom section, where it sits in the charger is flaking off. This is disappointing since Iâve only had the shaver a little over 1 month.
