Pay attention to the dimensions! lol
For some reason I assumed this was a regular foam roller like for my whole back or body and a ball together.. no theyâre both small and fit right in the palm of my hand .. BUT theyâre exactly what I needed , Iâve had this stiffening pain in my lower back for about a year and the regular foam roller wasnât getting it I used the ball on it once up against a wall and itâs GONE , when I work out it doesnât bother me hardly at all .. so Iâm happy with this purchase , not what I thought I was buying but definitely much needed

Excellent
I bought this for the ball, itâs the perfect density for massaging and really helps my tense upper back and neck. The mini roller is really small, havenât used it so far.

Works as advertised, but for how long?
I always have some crazy knots in my shoulders or back and I’ve been told by physical therapists to get a ball and foam roller. So here we are, and these are a lot lighter/cheaper than what I’ve used in PT. First off, the roller is small, so it’s not one you can use for your back on the floor to get a really good stretch. But it’s a good size for rolling on your legs or smaller spots on your back. For both the roller and the ball I use them against a wall. They both work very well and feel great while using. However, the material of these rollers feels a lot like styrofoam and I suspect they won’t last very long as is. They’re extremely light – not like the lacrosse balls I’m used to using in PT. I put a lot of pressure on them when using them and they just feel very insubstantial. I think wrapping them in therapy tape will probably help, or at least keep the mess to a minimum when they do break.
